Shipping and Returns — Icy Crystals VVS

Every Icy Crystals VVS piece is hand-set to order with VVS1 D-color moissanite, GRA certified, and quality-checked before it leaves our facility. Because these are premium hand-crafted pieces, please allow the timelines below.
- All orders ship within 2 to 4 weeks from the day you place your order.
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Every shipment is fully insured and traceable end to end.
- Signature confirmation may be required on high-value orders for your protection.
- United States — free insured shipping on all orders.
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, EU — insured worldwide shipping available at checkout.
- International orders — customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or stuck in transit, email us at trulyestablished1@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Once shipped, you can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation within 4 weeks of ordering, please contact us.
Because every piece is hand-set with VVS1 moissanite, we want you to be fully satisfied. If your order does not meet expectations, you can return it under the terms below.
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Contact us at trulyestablished1@gmail.com to start the process — do not ship anything back without confirmation from our team.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in the original condition you received them.
- Original packaging, box, and GRA certificate must be included.
- Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Every Icy Crystals VVS piece ships with a numbered GRA certificate confirming VVS1 D-color moissanite. If the stone fails an independent GRA test within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase in full.
